William E. Bradley
William E. Bradley has been in the field
of intellectual property law since 1995. Mr. Bradley has extensive
litigation experience in patent and other complex intellectual property
matters including trademark, trade dress, trade secret, copyright, RICO, and
employer-employee disputes. He has appeared in a number of district courts
around the country, including the Eastern District of Virginia.
Prior to joining Cahn & Samuels in
2002, Mr. Bradley was a patent agent and associate at the Washington, DC
office of a prominent national firm.
Mr. Bradley received his Juris Doctor with High Honors from George Mason School
of Law where he was a Dean's Scholar Legal Research and Writing Instructor,
a member of the George Mason Law Review, and the school's 1998 nominee for
the National Jan Jancin Award for Outstanding
Achievement in the Field of Intellectual Property Law. Mr. Bradley received
a B.S. in Chemistry from James
Madison University
in 1991, where he attended school on a JMU Presidential Chemistry Merit
Scholarship.
