Chester Jordan
Chester L. Jordan II has been practicing
intellectual property law since 1996. Mr. Jordan specializes in patent
prosecution and litigation, with a particular emphasis in electronics,
optics, computer software, hardware and mechanical devices. Mr. Jordan also
has significant experience in the trademark area.
Mr. Jordan's professional
background includes tenures in federal as well as private practice. Prior
to joining Cahn & Samuels in 2007, Mr. Jordan was the Assistant
Counsel for Intellectual Property at a federal research laboratory where he
received an Edison Award for his patent work in the field of optics. Mr. Jordan was also an associate at the Washington, DC
office of a prominent intellectual property boutique firm.
Mr. Jordan
received his Juris Doctor from Howard University,
and graduated from Southern University with Bachelor of Science in
Electrical Engineering.
