Corey Mack
Corey Mack began his career in
Intellectual Property serving several years as a patent examiner at the
United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Mack has extensive
experience in the prosecution of domestic patent applications and
applications filed under the Patent Cooperation Treaty. Mr. Mack drafts and
prosecutes patent applications related to various technologies in the
electrical, mechanical, and computer arts, including computer hardware and
software, communications, medical devices, and business methods. Mr. Mack
is also involved in the firm's efforts to counsel clients on various
intellectual property matters and litigating disputed patent and trademark
rights. Prior to joining Cahn and Samuels, Mr. Mack worked in private
practice in Chicago
in the areas of real estate, civil litigation and sports management.
Additionally, Mr. Mack is a certified sports agent with the National
Football League Player's Association and the National Basketball Player's
Association.
Mr. Mack earned his Juris
Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago,
Illinois and his Bachelor of Science in
Physics from Grambling
State University,
where he was a Presidential Merit Scholar and a member of Sigma Pi Sigma
National Physics Honor Society.
