Duane N. Moore Duane N. Moore has been practicing in the field of intellectual property since 2003. Mr. Moore specializes in patent prosecution and has experience in various software, computer, and business method inventions. Mr. Moore is a member of the Maryland bar (2002). Prior to joining Cahn & Samuels in 2008, Mr. Moore worked in private practice at several boutique IP firms in the area of patent prosecution. Mr. Moore received his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2002. Mr. Moore received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Maryland in 1998.
